The New LipHe is about design. What is the human design? As we learned in the principal of “He”, we have proven that mankind has a designer – a creator. Therefore, we are searching ancient texts of around two minimum or older – looking for health advice.

Eat As Though My Life Depended On It!

One of the oldest is an advice found in the Bible, Genesis 1:29-30 in the Hebrew language. I state this clearly because many religions people have made claims about these verses, usually from one English translation or another.

To be clear, although we hold the ORIGINAL Scripture (or Bible) in high regard. However, not all of the people on this website claim to be a Christian. The principal founders of this site will frankly tell you that they are not Christians, and they believe it is possible to follow the Scriptures and please the creator, (God, Alla, or whatever word you use in your language or religion) without being a Christian, without joining a Christian religion and without going to Church!

If you are a Christian you will appreciate that we use the wisdom of the Scriptures to seek truth. If you are a Muslim, Hebrew, Hindi or Buddhist, or virtually any other religion, you will enjoy the TRUTH we present because there are things in your religion that will benefit from you studying the ORIGINAL Scriptures.

Genesis 1:29-30 in the original Hebrew language presents us with a perfect eating plan for our design. Some mistaken Christians, Hebrews and Muslims have mistakenly assumed that we are only to eat fruit, based on Gen 1:29 only. Let’s look…

Genesis 1:29

King James Version:
And God said, Behold, I have given you every herb bearing seed, which [is] upon the face of all the earth, and every tree, in the which [is] the fruit of a tree yielding seed; to you it shall be for meat.

A better translation:
Then God said, “Behold, I have given you every plant that produces plant embryos that is on the surface of all the earth, and every tree which has fruit with plant embryos in it; it shall be fyuel for you;


The first thing to note is that God did not tell us to harvest and eat plant embryos. Plant embryos are seeds like grain (the worst!), nuts, beans and seeds. The plant embryos are often protected by a hard shell or they are toxic. At the best we should eat the plant embryos a little at a time within the plant itself. For example the embryos of green beens or cucumbers should be eaten within the green beans and cucumbers.

The seeds are for us to identify the plants and trees!


The next important thing here is the word Fyuel. It is sometimes translated “meat” or “food”. It is important to notice that the word “meat” does not represent animal products – there are non listed. It actually is derived from where we get the English word meet as in meeting for dinner!

The true Hebrew word actually means fyuel (or fuel). It is the part that is consumed and burnt! The same word is used in the Scriptures to represent firewood being consumed by a fire. To be clear, we use fyuel to represent what humans are designed to consume.

Genesis 1:30

King James Version
And to every beast of the earth, and to every fowl of the air, and to every thing that creepeth upon the earth, wherein [there is] life, [I have given] every green herb for meat: and it was so.

A better translation:
And to every beast of the earth and to every bird of the sky and to every thing that moves on the earth which has life, I have given every green plant for fyuel”; and it was so.

Continuing in that thought…

Verse 30 in Hebrew is the same thought, sentence or paragraph as 1:29. It is not separated in the original writing. In other words, 30 is just a continuation of 29.

Moves and Lives…

Humans move on the earth and humans have life in them… Therefore humans are included in both verses 29 and 30. Many people have failed because they refuse to accept verse 30 and try to eat only what is in verse 29.

Green is Good…

Humans need “Green Fyuel” and plenty of it!

From the Ground Up!

Think about our design – we are designed to eat “from the ground up. For example, starting with the grass we are laying on in the morning. Then moving to the upward lifting greens like Kale or Bok-Choy, and eventually standing and climbing to get the fruit in the trees in the afternoon. Here we have an eating plan built into our design. Veggies all morning and add some fruit in the afternoon.

Note: If you come off the Sugar/Starch Always Diet (SAD) you will likely find that your body works better after a month or two of green veggies in the morning! But like a drug addict, at first you will crave “multi-sugars” that you have become addicted to. Here is a tip, what you are craving – that is what you should not eat!

The Perfect Diet

So is Genesis 1:29-30 “The Perfect Diet” like some people say? If it is, why do so many people on it fail?

Well, yes and no…

Yes! The Gen 1:29-30 diet is the perfect diet is you are living in the Garden of Eden! Sadly, not one person reading this website has been living there.

So no, it is not the perfect diet because your are not living in the Garden of Eden!

What Changed?

Well, people did. We went through one industrialization after another. For example, we moved away from the equator to places where many plants did not even grow! I will leave that for another post,
