Hibernate – Sleep, hush, rest – “Early to bed, Early to Rise!”
Hibernation restores my strength.
A critical as food, water, exercise, relationships, sunshine and fresh air is, without rest it is worthless.
Not only rest, we need to Hibernate, to sleep deeply. Does your alarm clock go off each morning while you are in bed… start going to bed earlier and earlier until you are out of bed before the alarm clock rings!
Most people do not realize that one or two nights without proper sheep is often the fatal trigger to death.
If anything is preventing you from Hibernating and waking up on your own – change it! No matter what!
