Diet vs. New LipHe

This is a comparison between the New LipHe Lifestyle and popular diets.

New LipHe Lifestyle

We say it over and over, New LipHe is Not a Diet! New LipHe is not a healthy way of eating… New LipHe is a healthy way of living.

New LipHe is not about eating Raw Fyuel, or eating a pH Life diet, or being a Real Vegetarian or Vegan (although some of us may be all of these!).

We are not Anticarnivorist (against eating meat), we are not animal rights advocates like PETA (although we are against all forms of cruelty, including factory farms).

The New LipHe Lifestyle is a way of living based on the design of humans in writings that are about two millennium old or older, adapted for the environmental changes that mankind has imposed upon after the beginning of time.
