Decrease Protein

❤ Decrease protein to 10 percent of daily caloric intake. Replace animal protein as much as possible with plant protein.

Truthfully, there is no one who eats enough calories and does not get enough protein.

There is no such thing at protein deficiency – only caloric deficiency.

So avoid must “protein foods” as possible… to be healthy!

 

Protein Food is ALWAYS low pH food.
